Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to reserve your space. We do not take reservations and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted into class.

We are not "hot yoga", however, we rarely use the air conditioning. We are "room temperature", which in South Florida is warm, but are always willing to adjust the temperature if you ask! In yoga (and all physical exercise) it is good to have warm muscles, and to sweat! The studio is kept at a comfortably warm temperature, not hot, not a sauna, but not cool.
