Meet Yogi Sofia
Sofia found yoga during a challenging period of her life when she was struggling with a deep disconnect from her body. Through the practice, she found a path to healing from the inside out, cultivating self-love, inner peace, and a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through the Temple Body Arts Danyasa Eco-Retreat in Costa Rica, where she immersed herself in a practice rooted in the feminine mysteries, embodiment, and dance. Sofia’s teaching is a blend of fluid, intentional movement and deep presence, guiding students to connect with their breath, bodies, and inner wisdom.
Sofia encourages her students to embrace their authentic selves, move intuitively, and cultivate a sense of empowerment on and off the mat. A lover of nature and animals, she draws inspiration from the natural world, weaving themes of balance, surrender, and transformation into her classes.
