Meet Yogi Madi ~
Madi is a somatic guide, yoga teacher, and creative facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner creative life. Her work integrates precise alignment and form-based yoga with breath, meditation, and creative practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied self-trust.
With over 750 hours of yoga teacher training, along with certifications in Reiki and sound healing, Madi’s approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and deeply embodied. She has traveled extensively through South America, India, and the Mediterranean, studying ancient practices, movement traditions, and embodied wisdom that inform her teaching today.
Madi facilitates public and private yoga classes, creative somatic sessions, ceremonies, and retreats both in the U.S. and internationally. Her teaching style blends structure with spaciousness — offering clear alignment, thoughtful sequencing, and an invitation to slow down and listen inward. At the heart of her work is the belief that healing and creativity unfold naturally when the body feels safe, supported, and present.
Fun facts: Madi is American with Italian and Lebanese roots, loves being barefoot whenever possible, and is an avid scuba diver, which she considers an underwater form of meditation.
