Meet Yogi Jim ~

I began attending yoga classes approaching yoga simply as a physical practice. I then learned that yoga was much more than the asana practice, the physical poses, and I discovered the 8 limbs of yoga and how the yoga philosophy and practices included a total mind-body framework for wellbeing.

 

Yoga has enriched my life and in early 2023 I became 200 hr RYT certified to share these benefits with others. I have also completed separate certifications for Yin yoga and Mindfulness. My passion is yin yoga and my classes incorporate breathwork and mindfulness with the physical asana practice.
